eAccelerator 0.9.5 and JpGraph 2.2 generate error

The error:

Fatal error: Cannot access protected property RotImage::$iInterlace in /usr/local/src/jpgraph-2.2p/src/jpgraph.php on line 5815

Error occurs after the scripts are processed once by eAccelerator.

Occurs when eAccelerator is enabled, does not when it is disabled.

Apache 1.3.37, JpGraph? 2.2p and 2.1.3 ( http://www.aditus.nu/jpgraph/jpdownload.php), PHP 5.2.0

I can verify this error - I had the same problem and was driving myself nuts trying to find the problem. Good thing for google and this wiki!
